Calvin Hunter joins fellow tigers Chris Maize and Tyler Spitz in 7's team for Darwin 7's

Calvin Hunter and Richard Lewis, both members of the Hong Kong under-20s team crowned Asian sevens champions last year, have been drafted into the senior national sevens squad which will defend their title at the Darwin Sevens this weekend.
Lewis, son of Hong Kong's most-capped forward Dave Lewis, and Hunter are both forwards as head coach Gareth Baber seeks good ball-winning players, a crucial component if Hong Kong are to win Asia's solitary berth at the Olympics.
"Richard and Calvin have proven themselves around the under-20 series last year and Darwin will be their first real opportunity in a senior environment," Baber said.

"They are probably a bit more ready to handle the level of contact at this level than some of the other under-20s at the moment and this is their chance to put their hands up.
"The players coming through the age grade rugby in the past few seasons have really made a positive impact with their inclusion," Baber said.
The duo will follow in the footsteps of Max Woodward and Michael Coverdale, who are also part of the 14-strong squad. Other new faces are Tyler Spitz, who was formerly on the fringes of selection for the American Eagles and now plays for Borrelli Walsh USRC Tigers in the Hong Kong Premiership, and Chris Maize.
"I'm really pleased for Chris. He is finally emerging from a long battle with injuries. He is fully healthy now and we need him to get back into the senior group," Baber said.
Also in the picture is Keith Robertson, who is also bidding to resurrect his sevens career after a lengthy break due to work commitments and injury.
The rest of the squad comprises captain Jamie Hood, McQueen brothers Tom and Alex, Nick Hewson, Lee Jones, Rowan Varty and Salom Yiu Kam-shing.
