Youth Membership Subscriptions 2017/18

Youth subscriptions are open and training will commence on Sunday 20th August.

Members are asked to pay online (using Paypal, or by credit card via Paypal function) as this greatly reduces the administrative effort required to manage the club.

Please print out a copy of your registration receipt upon completion and bring this with you to Kings Park to collect this year's kit. Kit will not be handed out unless membership has been paid. Payment at youth level is on a 'per player' basis.

For new members and members moving up from Minis please note that membership application is a 3-step process:

1. Registering with our website provider (Pitchero) to gain access to the club website,
2. Replying to an auto-email from the website (to prevent spam), and
3. Registering your 2017/18 annual subscription and paying for your membership.

Existing youth members who have registered in previous seasons do not need to repeat steps 1 and 2 above, but simply register and pay their annual subscription (i.e. step 3 only).

IMPORTANT - parental waiver:

By completing the registration process the Parent or Guardian of the child(ren) give their consent for the child(ren) to train and play rugby for the Club and acknowledge that every child playing or training with the Club or taking part in any other Club activities should be accompanied by a parent or Guardian. The Club will not be held responsible in any way for the health, safety or good behaviour of any child attending Club, HKRU or inter-club activities. The Club does NOT provide insurance, whilst the HKRU does provide some insurance coverage (albeit this has a number of limitations, including an excess of HK$10,000). Therefore, you are strongly encouraged to ensure you have your own insurance cover, as rugby is a contact sport and accidents can happen.
