Biography

The proud Welsh product came through the Cardiff Blues academy and went on to represent the senior Cardiff Blues side. The big rangey second rower also won the 2012 Varsity Cup with Cardiff University highlighting his Man of the Match Performance as one his best rugby memories.

He also scored a try in this game which no doubt was the result of his now infamous (according to the big man himself) salmon twist.
